Facilities

Whether you are planning a meeting for twenty or 20,000, we'll help you decide where to meet. At your request, we'll notify appropriate venues of your meeting requirements so they can submit competitive proposals for your consideration.

Housing

Our housing department offers reservation services when your meeting will use three or more hotels hosting one thousand rooms on peak night. You can rest easy because we use Passkey, the leading provider of integrated web-based group housing for the meeting and convention industry. You will love the convenient features of this Internet-based reservations software, such as 24/7 shared access to critical event information, real-time reports and the ability to book hotel rooms around the clock.

Program Planning

Registration Staff

Let us assist with your registration staffing needs. Experienced registrars are available to assist with delegate registration, including room monitors, cashiers and data entry clerks. 

Restaurant and Reservation Assistance

Delegates are able to explore their dining options at our Restaurant Information and Reservation Booth. This staffed, on-site service is offered to conventions with one thousand or more delegates on a complimentary basis and is available to smaller groups for a modest fee. With access to menus and brochures for more than 140 restaurants, your delegates will be sure to find the perfect setting for an evening meal, business lunch or power breakfast.
