Indiana County is home to four covered bridges constructed in the late 1800's and early 1900's. All four covered bridges are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In celebration of these historic landmarks, Indiana County will hold its first Covered Bridge Festival at Blue Spruce Park, which is located six miles north of Indiana at 1128 Blue Spruce Road, one mile north of PA Route 110. Festival activities will include food and music, tours to the covered bridges, artisans, reenactments, entertainment and crafts.
